If you are into natural parenting like me, you want to provide the best for your kids. And for yourself and your loved ones too.

My partners and I are always finding new ways to take our self-care rituals to new heights. In the last decade, I’ve found a lot of joy in making our own natural products with simple ingredients, finding the process fun and empowering. After playing around with various tooth powders and pastes, my family and I found one that we really enjoyed and decided to create something like it, but even better.

Below is the recipe that we have been following and loving for about 5 years, complete with links underneath to purchase any of the items you may need.

I’ve also included a link to the toothpaste that inspired the recipe.

Curious about healing mouth, teeth and gum infections without antibiotics?

Gum sensitivity is one of the way my body talks to me. If I’m stressed or close to getting sick, my gums will start to feel sensitive. During pregnancy, it is common to experience heightened gum sensitivity. When I was pregnant, I had a gum infection and wanted to go about healing it naturally, as I had done in the past with other another mouth infection.

Want to see how healed my gum infection naturally? Check out the video below
