A diverse variation of movement practices are offered through this course, including yoga, calisthenics, animal flow, handstands, dance, intuitive movement, and more. Movement is offered for all levels and you are encouraged to go at your own pace.
Nourishment
At the beginning of your journey your nourishment exercises will be based around noticing, a gentle self-observation, which will create space for you to learn about how you are nourishing yourself and how that is impacting your being. All that comes next is built from your awareness and desires.
Mindfulness
We focus on meditation, both guided and self-led, breath work, and bring mindfulness into all other practices - movement, nourishment, self-awareness and journaling prompts. As we open our minds, we simultaneously open our hearts and bodies, and when everything is open, energy can flow freely, healthfully, however is aligned for us.
