This podcast has been a long time coming, and I’m so happy to be here and to be interviewed by my partner, Brittany Taylor.

 

This episode is kind of like a prequel to what is to come, an introduction to who I am, what I do and what you can expect from the podcast moving forward. 

 

As a nutritional therapist and movement teacher, I have been coaching in the health and wellness industry now for over 10 years, and I have had so many conversations and experiences around the topics of hormones, digestive health, fatigue, stress, work, life, relationships, money, family, kids, motherhood, fertility, etc. 

 

As well as more intimate conversations around love, fear, dis-ease, limiting beliefs, self sabotage and not feeling good enough, and it’s these conversations that have truly inspired me to bring this podcast to life.
